Some recommended dive sites in the park are: Koh Ha (with the Cathedral Cavern), Hin Daeng and Hin Muang. These are easily accessible from Phuket, Krabi and Phi Phi islands themselves. A huge variety of marine life help make diving here an unforgettable experience.
The four main islands are: Koh Phi Phi Don, Koh Phi Phi Ley, Koh Bida Nok and Koh Bida Nai. Put together, they comprise of 42 sq km land surface. In 1983, Koh Phi Phi was declared a national park. Apart from the chief island – Phi Phi Don – development on any of the islands is prohibited. Adding to this tropical feel is the fact that there are virtually no motorbikes or cars on the islands.
