Pemuteran is a really good all-around dive site. Currents are almost non-existent so nobody need feel intimidated by the changeable conditions. Night diving can be excellent here but it is best done in the week surrounding the full moon. There are several bommies and banks to be explored that contain many schools of small fish. This site is a superb introduction to Bali for the novice diver.
